How long does shipping take?

We ship worldwide. Standard delivery times: United States: 7–14 business days | Europe: 10–18 business days | Australia & Canada: 12–20 business days | Rest of World: 14–25 business days. All orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of purchase.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — we offer Free US & EU Shipping on all orders, no minimum required. This is not a limited offer; it's our standard policy for every customer, everywhere.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number within 24–48 hours. You can track your order anytime at [Track My Order] link or via our Track Order page in the menu.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to 150+ countries worldwide. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your location, simply add your item to cart — our system will confirm available shipping options at checkout.

What if my order is delayed?

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@nomad-armor.com with your order number. We will investigate immediately and either resolve the issue or issue a full replacement or refund — your choice.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on all products. If you're not satisfied for any reason — wrong size, not as expected, or simply changed your mind — contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll process a full refund or exchange. No questions asked.

How do I start a return?

Email us at info@nomadarmor.com with subject line "Return Request – [Your Order Number]". Include a brief reason and we'll send you return instructions within 24 hours. You don't need to return the item in perfect condition — we're reasonable people.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving your return request confirmation. The amount will appear back on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

What if my item arrived damaged or defective?

We're sorry — that should never happen. Send us a photo of the damaged item to info@nomad-armor.com and we will send you a free replacement immediately, no return required. You keep the original.

Are there any non-returnable items?

Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are non-returnable. All other products are covered by our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. This will always be clearly indicated on the product page before you buy.

Do your RFID-blocking products actually work?

Yes. Our RFID-blocking products are tested to block frequencies between 13.56 MHz (used by credit cards, passports, key fobs) and 125 kHz. They prevent unauthorized scanning of your contactless cards and documents. This is not a gimmick — it's certified protection used by security professionals.

What is the Spy Hunter Eye and how does it detect cameras?

The Spy Hunter Eye uses infrared LED technology to detect the lens reflection of hidden cameras — even when they're turned off. It also detects wireless signal transmissions from active recording devices. Simply scan the room slowly; the lens will reflect brightly through the viewfinder. Effective range: up to 10 meters.

How does the AirTag Slim Wallet work?

The AirTag Slim Wallet features a precision-cut compartment specifically designed to hold an Apple AirTag (sold separately). This allows you to track your wallet's location in realtime via the Apple Find My app on any iPhone. The wallet itself also features RFID-blocking lining for complete data protection.

Are your bags and pouches waterproof?

Most of our travel bags and pouches are made with water-resistant materials that protect against light rain and splashes. They are not designed for full submersion. Specific waterproofing ratings are listed on each individual product page.

Will the Space Compressor work with any vacuum?

The Space Compressor vacuum bags are compatible with any standard household vacuum cleaner (with a nozzle attachment). No special pump required. Simply pack your clothes, seal the bag, and connect your vacuum to reduce volume by up to 80%.

What's the difference between the Stealth Card and the Vault Card?

The Vault Card is a magnetic card holder that attaches to the back of your iPhone with MagSafe — perfect for iPhone users who want quick card access on the go. The Stealth Card is a standalone slim wallet with a built-in data blocker that prevents contactless payment fraud — ideal for those who prefer a traditional wallet form factor with advanced security.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard used by banks. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

Is it safe to shop on Nomad Armor?

Completely. Our store uses Shopify's enterprise-level security infrastructure with SSL encryption on every page. We never store your credit card details. You can also checkout via PayPal if you prefer an extra layer of protection between your bank and our store.

Do you offer Buy Now, Pay Later?

Yes — Shop Pay Installments is available at checkout, allowing you to split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments. Available for orders between $50–$3,000 in the United States.

Will I be charged customs or import duties?

Customs duties depend on your country's import regulations and the order value. For most orders under $100–$200 (varies by country), no additional customs fees apply. For larger orders, we recommend checking your country's import threshold. We mark packages accurately on all customs declarations.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, your order enters our fulfillment process and cannot be changed. Please email info@nomad-armor.com immediately with subject line "URGENT – Order Change – [Order Number]" and we'll do our best to help.

I didn't receive an order confirmation email — what should I do?

Check your spam/junk folder first — our emails occasionally land there. If it's not there, email us at info@nomad-armor.com with the name and email used at checkout and we'll resend your confirmation immediately.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No account needed — you can checkout as a guest. However, creating a free account lets you track all your orders in one place, save your shipping details for faster future checkouts, and access exclusive member offers.
